Mike’s goal was never to lose weight and instead, he actually wanted to gain some muscle! He knew it was time for a change, but he needed that extra push to get started! He started to take Fitnessetti’s bootcamp classes 4x a week and loved the results!! Look at those shoulder and bicep muscles to show it!!! Along with looking and feeling good, his workout performance improved tremendously and he now does 100s of push-ups and pull-ups with a 25lb+ weighted vest. You’re definitely FITNESSETTI STRONG!
